I know it's not autumn, unfortunately it's not spring either: P but when I prepared the recipe it was autumn.
- 400 g pork pulp
- 400 g veal pulp
- 3 golden apples
- 1 para
- 1 red onion
- White wine
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Meat braid with autumn sauce:
We cut the meat into thin strips. Season them with salt and pepper, then weave a slice of pork with a slice of veal and catch them at the ends with toothpicks. Heat the grill pan, grease it with a little oil and bake the braids for a few minutes on each side. Let them cool and prepare the sauce. Heat a little oil in a pan, add diced onions and leave it until it becomes glassy. Add the diced apples and pears, white wine to cover them, salt and pepper to taste. Leave until the wine evaporates. Serve the meat pieces with the fruit sauce with a glass of wine. Good appetite!
