Peel the onion and cut it into scales, peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices. Heat the olive oil and cook the onion with the garlic, add a few tablespoons of warm water, not to fry but rather to suffocate. Then add salt, pepper and paprika or chilli to taste, depending on how spicy you like it. Add lemon juice and brandy. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and mix with the tomato paste. - barbecue sauce (a bottle of 300-400 gr)
- half a cup of tomato sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or apple cider
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- a little chopped hot pepper or chili powder
- c & acircţiva garlic cloves
- salt, pepper, paprika
How to prepare the best recipe for pork ribs with barbeque sauce:
We start by marinating the meat. Combine the barbeque sauce with the tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper and put the meat, mix and leave in the fridge for a few hours or even overnight.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion over medium heat. After it has softened, add the garlic and leave it on the fire for a while until it starts to release its flavor. Pour the beer and let it boil until a third of the liquid drops.
Put the mashed tomatoes together with the remaining ingredients in the pan, mix and bring everything back to the boil. Continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
Let the sauce cool for a few minutes and mix with a blender until you get a fine texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- chili powder if you want them spicy
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, until it becomes glassy.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes. Taste and add what you think is missing. Set it aside.

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared SUCCESSFUL RIBS WITH OVEN BBQ SAUCE. A recipe that you will immediately fall in love with. The meat is easily removed from the bones, it is juicy, sweet, smoky and very delicious. It is not a meticulous recipe that requires a lot of preparation steps, it is a simple one that requires patience while in the oven. I hope you like this recipe and prepare it with pleasure. - 1 pork rib ladder with 70% meat and 30% fat
- 150 gr. - BBQ sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons - sweet paprika
- 1.5 teaspoons - dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon - smoked chili pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon - granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon - dried onion (powder)
- 2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/3 teaspoon - black pepper
Method of preparation:
- Mix the spices in a small bowl: sweet paprika, chili pepper, thyme, garlic and dried onion, salt, black pepper and mix.
- Remove the white skin so that you do not cut the meat, at some point it is easily pulled and completely removed from the ribs.
- Season the meat ladder with the spice mix on both sides. Place the ladder on a baking tray lined with 2-3 layers of aluminum foil and wrap the meat well. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 2 hours and 30 or 40 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, wrap them in aluminum foil and grease on one side with BBQ sauce, return them to the preheated oven at 230 degrees C for 5 minutes.
- Remove the ribs, turn them over, grease them with BBQ sauce and put them in the oven for another 5 minutes. Then turn them again and grease the last time with the sauce, bake them for another 7-8 minutes in the oven. Serve hot ribs with BBQ sauce. Good appetite!

Sutra vam dajemo recept i kako da iskoristite BBQ sos a da to nema veze sa roštiljanjem mesa već sa dugim pečenjem u rerni. A za vikend spremamo isto to, samo na roštilju. Budite spremni za jedan potpuno ludi niz mnogo-sočnih-za-prste-se-lepi recepata ☺ Luče smo Marko i ja zajedničkim snagama, u dve smene, spremali dugo pečeno meso koje smo iskrostiti za sendviče & # 8211 o takvoj vrsti ludila vam pričam.
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®) (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
- 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper together in a saucepan bring to a boil.
Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves pour into boiling soy sauce mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until sauce is thick, 3 to 5 minutes.
