Today we made this dessert again because we really liked it. Only today I used cherry jam. It turned out superbly delicious!
I mixed the biscuits with cream cheese just like yesterday. It turned out super nice and I decided to keep the same composition. : D
- 250 cream cheese
- 250g cow's cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons starch
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 150 g of biscuits
- grated peel of 1 lemon
- 100 g of butter at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- sour cherry jam

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cheesecake with cherry jam:
To start, grease a round cake pan with butter. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. We must crush the biscuits finely. Mix the butter and cinnamon with the biscuits. Mix well. For the cream, mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, the 10 eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, starch and lemon peel. Mix well. Mix all the ingredients for the cream with the biscuits. Pour into the pan and put in the oven for 45-50 minutes. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool, then put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve with cherry jam. Absolutely delicious !!
