We clean the vegetables, cut them into all cubes and put them in a large pot, then add 2-3 L of water over the vegetables. Put the pepper whole and leave it until the other vegetables are cooked. Let it boil for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs: the minced meat must be very fine, and the rice must be dry so that the meatballs do not spread when cooked. In a bowl put the meat, rice, onion on a small grater, egg flour, oil and mix all ingredients well. At the end we add salt and pepper to taste. We form meatballs the size of a walnut.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the meatballs one by one and let them simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meatballs rise to the surface. At the end we add the 2 tablespoons of broth, sour cream mixed with egg yolk, salt and lemon juice / vinegar to taste.
